CHRISTMAS TAG SWAP NOW CLOSED

Something a bit different for our Christmas Swap this year - rather than just swap inchies! A Christmas Tag swap - the only proviso is that somewhere on your tag you must have an Inchy!
We will make as many tags as there are people who sign up - unless we're inundated!

Sign up please by 10 November and Tags to be with me by 1st December - that way we can have lots of lovely tags in time for Christmas.

I've received a question about the size of the tags - 2 1/8" x 4 1/4" sounds a good size - not too small or too large.

......is a virtue - so they say. I have a friend who is at full term and waiting not so patiently for baby to arrive. I loved this image and and thought it went well with the word. So your word for this week is PATIENCE.

Sorry I'm a bit late today - my daughter came home unexpectedly from Uni this weekend - she was in need of some TLC so my word for this week is HOME. Home is where the heart is is my inchy example:

THE FUTURE

A difficult day today in our household as my husband has just been made redundant from a company he started some years ago - so our future is unsure.

My scanner wouldn't work so had to take a picture of my inchy:

THE PAST

I find myself harping back to the past at the moment when my children were little - all triggered I think by my daughter going off to Uni - I can't believe its 30 years ago since I was there. So my word for you today is THE PAST.

Here's mine: the image is a stamp from Stampin Up and the words came from a museum ticket! If you look closely you can see my inchy from last week peeping out from behind - it must be stuck on the inside of the scanner! lol!

DEVOTION

Sorry no sampler this week as I'm feeling poorly with yet another cold!

I did manage to do us a word for this week though and here it is....DEVOTION

Here's mine to get you going: A little bit of a cheat from me this week as this inchy was in my stash from a swap I did a few years back with no name on it so I can't credit the crafter - I just added the word devotion and some bling.

Well - here we are at the end of our Alphabet Inchy Challenge and congrats to all of you who stuck with us from A-Z.





My Z is for Zentangle - something I've never done - and probably won't again! lol!

You know the saying "Good Things Come to She Who Waits"? I've decided to have a break over August - its my celebrations for my 25th Wedding Anniversary together with a holiday to Greece and a daughter to get ready for Uni and a son to get ready for College so I'm going to give the blog a bit of a breather

BUT

We'll be back at it again September 6th with our brand new challenge..............................

I'll tell you all about it on 6th September!!!!!!!

Well we're up to the tricky X - mine is for X-ray - no surprise there then! I used a Stampin Up stamp for the skeleton.

No sampler today as I've dragged myself out of a sick bed to post our W for this week - I've come down with a rotten chest infection but must soldier on for the blog's sake! LOL!!!
